One of the keys to maintaining your lace wig for a longer life is gentle handling of the lace. It is vital to allow the adhesive remover to work and completely release before attempting to remove your lace wig. Allowing the lace to completely release will also preserve your natural hairline.
1. Spray some Adhesive Remover or equivalent oil based solvent (Citrus Solvent or Pure CitruSpice, etc), through the lace unit on the hair side or where it is needed.
2. Wait for wig to completely release. If needed, spray, or drip, remover between lace until and skin to ensure a clean release.
3. If there is glue remaining in lace wig, use the Mirror Slide to remove the glue. The Mirror Slide is one of the easiest methods to safely remove glue residue from holes in the lace.
4. MIRROR SLIDE -- Push the lace side of the wig firmly against a mirror and simply drag, or slide wig down the glass. The glue will pull out of the lace and deposit on the mirror. use windex to clean the mirror.
5. Wash lace wig to clean and remove any remaining residue.
