Return Policy We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed within 7 days after receiving the items. Within 7 days of original invoice of product, If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return for an exchange or refund.

Instock Refund Policy If you are unhappy with your Instock unit purchase, the unit can be returned within 7 days for an exchanged for another unit. Exhanges Only on instock units. Please contact us before returning the unit. Simply let us know and we'll replace your wig to ensure your satisfaction, you must contact us within 2 days via email or phone. You can only exchange instock wigs for a different hair style and length for a small fee, all other refunds will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Custom Refund Policy If an error is made by the clients them self, such as wrong measurements, wrong description on their requirements, the wigs will not be accepted for refunds. EXCHANGES ONLY! So before ordering please make and fill carefully on the customer's order form and your requirements!
**If an customer made an error and wants to return & be refunded then a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Upon receipt of your order, review all items as follows:
If our products are our manufacturer's error, simply return the unit, uncut and unaltered in any way, within 7 days of receipt, for a prompt full refund, no questions asked.
Our Custom Systems are guaranteed to be made to the exact specifications of the order form or they will be exchanged without cost penalty.
Manufacturer's errors will be evaluated and corrected in a timely manner.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations for custom wig orders will be charged a 40% cancellation fee.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS:
NO application of glue or has been applied to the wig; any glue or tape residue will be rejected.
It is within the first 7 days of receiving your lace wig.
The excess lace in the front of the wig has not been removed or cut in any way,shape, or form.
Xquizite Hair will not start production of any wigs until payment has been made in full to the company and such payment has been processed.
If we do not receive your payment in 5 business days, your order will be canceled or back ordered.

If you are paying by money order, Western Union or MoneyGram Express, state either of these payment options during checkout.
Money Order Payments - Mail your payment and a copy of your online order receipt to us.
Due to the high incidence of fraud using money orders and cashiers checks, please allow a minimum of 7 business days for these payments to clear the banking system.
Western Union Payments - Go to the closest Western Union location and make your payment. Email or call us with your payment confirmation number. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has been deposited.
MoneyGram Express - Go to the closest MoneyGram Express location and make your payment You will need the merchant receive number (on your online receipt) to send your payment. Your payment will be sent to us automatically - usually within 24hrs.
Please allow at least 1 to 2 additional business days for these processing. Custom wigs or delivery will not start until the payment is cleared.
How to use Payment Plan for Custom Orders Step1. Go to the drop down box that says length/price, click it and choose "no payment plan"

Payment Plan Option
This Payment plan is to all customers that wish to pay the first half of the full balance when order is placed and pay the remaining balance before order is shipped. Custom Silk Top Cap lace wigs are ready for shipment in 5 to 7 weeks.
When selecting this plan, the client agrees to pay the amount in full before the order is ready to be shipped, otherwise the 1st initial payment is forfeited to prevent loss to the company.
Once payment is made there are NO cancelations, Change of mind or exchanges until unit has been shipped! otherwise the 1st initial payment is forfeited to prevent loss to the company.
Final payment is due 30 days after your first payment.
Once unit is ready the customer will receive an email and a phone call stating that it's ready for shipment, and for the rest of the payment to be made. A Pay Pal amount will be emailed to the customer.
Orders for items will be processed within 1-2 business days
Cutoff time for all express/overnight service is 4:00PM EST - if you pay before 4:00pm, we will be able to process your order on the same business day, and you will receive it on the next business day by end of day.
